The Bag Lifting Centrifuge is designed for batch solid-liquid separation, controlled washing, spin drying, and gentle discharge of creatine monohydrate crystals after crystallization.
It is suitable for creatine monohydrate production lines where mother liquor removal, crystal cleanliness, product retention, and hygienic handling are important. The crystal slurry is fed into the rotating basket, while liquid passes through the filter bag and basket perforations. The retained creatine monohydrate crystals form a cake inside the filter bag and are dewatered by centrifugal force.
